Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough

I travel more than 100 nights a year and spend some time in all of the major hotel brands. I typically avoid Embassy Suites as I find them to be rather tired, and certainly often times family focused (when I'm traveling for business). On a recent family focused trip, we stayed here and I've got to say, it was fantastic. This hotel is clean, well kept, and modern. There is ample parking. Access is easy. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and the hotel has a large bar/restaurant with decent hours. Five stars to the staff here. I'd absolutely stay here again in the future. Great work and a great representation of the Hilton brand.

Positive: The breakfast is still real. So many hotels are charging more and more but getting cheaper and cheaper with the breakfast until it’s just microplastic garbage; and they are confused why you are unhappy. Please don’t stop this service. Negative: In the bathroom- the vent fan did not work, and there was a lightbulb burned out above the sink.

This hotel is wonderful. We were a part of the crazy youth hockey tournament weekend so can only imagine what it's like for families not there for that reason. The staff was wonderful, patient and did an amazing job keeping things in order. The rooms are very well appointed, the pool was great, fitness center well equipped, and the restaurant was great! Trish was fantastic helping us organize team dinners and they did a great job. The food/service staff is so good, and on top of every detail. The breakfast is CRAZY good, so many options and delicious. The hotel has 2 separate buildings, close together. The main one where the lobby & restaurant are gets very busy and it was tough to sleep bc of so much noise. The center of the hotel where the restaurant is is open atrium style, so the noise

We stayed here for four nights. The room was very clean and spacious and the common areas were well maintained. It is located near lots of restaurants and store. We stay at Embassy Suites often and we look forward to the evening reception but just a heads up, due to Massachusetts law, they do not offer complimentary cocktails. This is not the fault of the hotel but I do feel they could've offered lower cost drinks from the bar to make up for this. The breakfast was good and we really appreciated the complimentary fountain soda that was offered for non coffee drinkers. It was super crowded but there is plenty of seating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again as we are in the area very often.

I've been staying at this location for the past three years and am consistently impressed. The service is amazing, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are always exceptionally clean, and housekeeping always does a good job if you're staying there for more than one day. The food options are great, including a free breakfast. Plus, it's easily accessible to highways and nearby attractions. Highly recommend!
