Don’t do it. We only stayed here due to an urgent layover situation and no hotels close to the airport were available. We walked in and the entire lobby smelled of weed!! took a while for anyone to come out front. Checked into the room and noticed that the crowd in and out were on the rough side. The entire hotel smelled of week. It was so bad in the bathroom of our room, it was sickening. The room smelled of it too. ||The bathroom was SO tiny that you almost hit yourself with the door if sitting on the toilet. The entire vanity looked as though t was going to fall off the wall. It was so nasty that we literally tried to sleep, stayed in clothes as we had an early flight. out. ||I won’t even talk about the price paid either. It’s absolutely disgusting that a person can’

I have been staying here a few months and it has been a lifesaver! I like that I can stay here as long as I like and get a good discount booking longer stays. The rooms are a little outdated but nice to have a stove and full size fridge. Service here is amazing. All the staff are friendly and go above and beyond helping guests especially Fallou, he does an awesome job working at the front desk and helps with anything I may need to make my stay better. The manager is so nice and sweet and also very helpful. I definitely recommend staying here if you need to have a longer stay.

Positive: Hotel employee at the front desk for lovely Negative: The hotel has cockroaches. I checked in Friday afternoon and had to abruptly leave on Sunday because cockroaches were running through the kitchen. Hotel manager and they refused to refund for the 3 unused nights and inconvenience and unsanitary room

We booked here for 15 nights. The room was dated but appeared clean when we checked in. So we settled in. The elevator was questionable from the very first ride up to the 3rd floor. It progressively got worse throughout the days. So we walked up and down the stairs. Day 3 and it was out of service. Night 2 I flipped on the kitchen light to see a roach crawling across the counter. When I called the front desk just after 10pm I was asked to hold for a second. 8 mins later I hung up and called back. The young man that answered tried to put me on hold again. I explained the situation and told him we would need a new room first thing in the morning. He told me I’d have to speak to a manager about that. The pricing is great, the service is amazing everyone is friendly and attentive. The wifi actually works unlike other places u do have to buy enhanced if u want to game but its not too much. It is quiet u can actually relax here and not hear screaming theres no smoking so it doesnt have an odor and the place is really clean and theres no bugs hallelujah. I definitely recommend this hotel especially this specific extended stay over others the customer service is top tier.
