There’s a gentleman who works at night who is especially kind and professional—he always asks which floor I prefer and checks to see if a room is available to match that request. This hotel stay has been great thus far. The staff are very friendly , the hotel is nice and clean , smells good , and the free breakfast is always a plus ! The staff here has been very accommodating to both me and my dog. This location ( kennesaw, near town center mall) is in a good area , and the other hotel guests have been very kind and have helped me during this challenging time in my life. This is a good hotel to stay at if you are needing a place to stay for an affordable price.

Nurses travel nurses do not stay here it is not safe. I stayed here I was going to continue to stay there until my travel assignment was completed I was in the room one day on my day off relaxing minding my business I'm very unproblematic The assistant manager tried to enter the room I said very loudly three times someone's in here may I help you he continue to throw his body against the door The million dollar question is why was he trying to enter the room it leads me to believe as a woman up there alone in Kennesaw Georgia that he was going to assault me rape me I have no idea I did not call for any help I took the concern to the manager after the man at the desk called her and told her she even told me out of her own mouth if he wouldn't have called her it would have gone unnoticed nob

The outside of the location was very dirty and filthy. Elevator was nasty. Staff were very rude. Even the room was dirty and microwave did not work. Dust was all on the lamps. People were sleeping in the hallway. Hallway was very filthy and nasty with a stench. However, the bathroom was clean, but the bed was hard and it had hair all in the bed as well. We only stayed there one night and decided to book another ESA on Chastain Road. This facility was much cleaner and the rooms were nice. My wife just had a baby and we just wanted a clean safe place for a night.
