If you are thinking of enjoying a budget price on a place with a kitchenette for a nice extended stay, find somewhere else: this place charges $60 for the cookware and utensils and plates and cups a person would need to make use of any of it. Maybe it's for the best, because the place isn't that great. Maybe you weren't planning on using the kitchenette and just wanted to take a shower? Well, you don't get any shampoo or soap here either. I had to go to the front desk to ask for some, and was gaslit by the man at the counter who insisted the shampoo and soap was already in the bathroom. He reluctantly gave me a couple 2oz bottles of shampoo and soap and told me that it was my lucky day. The sink in the bathroom barely drained at all. That's when they said our room was already cancelled. We have never had to call any other hotel...ever...to confirm a room we already paid in advance.

During my stay at Extended Stay America – Innsbrook / Glen Allen, VA, staff entered my room without proper notice, claiming it was for “pest treatment.” No clear advance warning, no consent — just people going into an occupied guest room. That alone is enough to never stay here again. What made it worse is that the so-called “pest treatment” felt more like snooping than actual maintenance. It was invasive, unprofessional, and left me extremely uncomfortable as a paying guest. And yes — the roaches are real. Not a one-time sighting. This was the absolute worst experience. We arrived and instantly had trouble finding any parking especially any parking that didn’t look like someone would be breaking into your car. Once we entered the room it didn’t have numerous amenities they’d claimed to offer and when asked they were beyond unhelpful, I went to go turn a light on and the plug sparked at the plug and had to be rigged just to stay lit… then we turned around and literally had to experience being surrounded by roaches of all sizes every few moments and even in the middle of the night crawling the walls, dresser, tv… you name it! Tried calling front desk all for no one to answer or help or even just give us a refund so we could feel clean or safe elsewhere… people were banging on every single door by 2 AM and screaming, t

In innsbrook close to a lot of restaurants and the mall so location is great. The room itself is old, cobwebs in the corners. Chipped paint, room smells of old furniture. I counted 6 live roaches. I could not sleep because of this, so I checked out front desk charged me for 2 nights and refunded the remainder of my stay. The health department needs to contacted on this property.
