I highly recommend staying here! The staff, especially the GM, David, are so kind, warm, and responsive. The location is perfect and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I always felt very safe and like I was at home. I’m very grateful to this establishment and was sad to go! 10 out of 10

My husband and I are new to Richmond Virginia and are looking for a new permanent forever home. We stayed at this hotel for two and one half months. At first it was good. Our room was big there are pretty prints on the walls, we had a small kitchen area and a tv. We appreciated the housekeeping service the woman is friendly and does a great job. The women working behind the front desk are wonderful. The general manager David was nice at first. He would talk with us and told us where the bus stop is as we don't drive. Then I found out that the machines in the fitness room don't work. It's the managers job to get the problem fixed. All David did was put an out of service sign on the door he never called anyone to fix the problem. From my Steve As for the washing machines in the laundry room,

I have not been to an Extended Stay hotel in over 10 years and the clientele has definitely changed. I was worried when I got off the elevator and the hallway to my room was dirty. However, my room though old was exceptionally clean. There were kids playing in the hallway, some teenagers yelling at one another but all were respectful and all got quiet about 8 PM. It was winter (dark early) and kids need to blow off steam. I have no complaints since it stopped at a reasonable hour. I had a dog with me and my lone complaint is that guests were not real good about cleaning up after their dogs. I'd stay here again.

I wasn’t expecting anything fabulous, but given the area, I definitely expected more. Front desk hospitality is extremely lame, there was no shower curtain, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. I should have taken a picture for proof, but I didn’t think of it due to just wanting to get out of there. Fire alarm is not secured to the wall. People were coming and going at all times through some kind of side or back door that sounds an alarm each time. Don’t go here.
