The extended stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a longer visit. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and the amenities made it feel like a home away from home.What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. They were quick to help with any questions and always greeted me with a smile. Their hospitality made my stay easy and enjoyable.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed stay with a team that truly goes above and beyond. This place is nasty. I got here last night and it smells like smoke as soon as you walk in the front door. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns all over the kitchen and bathroom counters. The carpet in the hallway looks like it’s 100 years old and filthy. There are always shady characters sitting by the main entrance smoking and drinking. It appears that this is more like section 8 housing than a hotel. AVOID at all costs.

Usually I enjoy my stay here and am very satisfied with my room I stay always for at least 5 days or so. This time not so much when I was cooking my breakfast roaches were coming from under the stovetop, crawling out of different places, and clothes were left in the drawers. When I went to the front desk to inform the clerk and to ask about a discount or something she replied,”The manager will be here in the morning.” Not let me see if we have another room nothing! Very unprofessional everyone that stays here isn’t a resident like most.

Positive: No breakfast as advertised. First room, tub didn't drain and it was next to back exit door and all night lo g people going in and out. Suspect drug deals at back doors. A few people in the back all night long. Negative: ""

Very nice place for vacations or to just get a room for a day or two the rooms are cleaned and very comfortable. hallways on each floor smells lovely. They have nice workers at the front desk that welcome you and great prices go check them out I highly recommend (EXTENDED STAY AMERICA SELECT SUITES) ON PELHAM.🫶🏾
