KD has help so much during my stay and keep a great attitude at all times. Every time I needed help he was willing. It's hard to find people these days like that.

Sep 2025 to Nov 2025 I’ve PERSONALLY witnessed Drug raids, prostitution, domestic violence, roaches! When I complained about the roaches (I was told they can’t schedule the exterminator, he just shows up) I was told they will end my reservation since I’m NOT HAPPY…. (While yelling and screaming at me) UNACCEPTABLE They just don’t take any pride in the place. Instead of trying to correct the issues they would rather argue about it, then end your reservation, and keep your money. Getting those who complain to leave early seems to be a pattern. The employees live here so they don’t seem too concerned. If you want clean towels the fee is 1.75 daily whether you replace them daily or NOT, additional fee if you want your room cleaned. No breakfast, No coffee, No gym I’m here through a veter

Positive: "" Negative: Horrible cigarette and marijuana stench in the room. Wanted to leave a few hours after checking in due to smell, but they do not have 24 hr staff. Called the hotel for help to request to leave but the operator said they couldn’t help.

Rags and towels are dirty, door doesn't properly lock, no shampoo and soaps, no iron and ironing board, facial or Pubic hair on sink and in sink and around toilet lid add in the front desk lady told us to figure it out when we asked where best to park and trying to find a spot to park we got stuck and as I was trying to get our 7 week old baby from the vehicle where we were stuck i slipped and twisted my ankle. There's no breakfast no gym nothing. Everyone laughs and Noone tries to help. We are moving tl the state from NC not new to snow but this treatment is crazy and we have stayed in extended stays before and never experienced this treatment before. I am highly disappointed. The rooms are great for the price, with good amenities and functional washer/dryers in good working order. You'll need to borrow or buy your own kitchen implements, but the proximity to the airport and nearby businesses is useful. KD does a great job running things!
