Extended Stay America Select Suites- Atlanta - Kennesaw Chastain Rd.

I came ti this extended stay due to bad management at a different company I won’t name but Miss Kenya has been amazing down to the Miss Jasmyn. Any issues and concerns are addressed so quickly. The other families in the hotel are very friendly. It’s nice to find a place that’s not judgmental or bias. It’s a great deal for the space and hospitality you receive,

My wife booked us a room here and by far this has been the BEST! hands down. We love Atlanta and Kennesaw is one of my favorite places to visit. The staff is nice and welcoming. Management during our check in, introduced her self and offered my kids Halloween treats. I was very impressed and definitely will be booking again. Our room was very clean as well as quiet on our floor. Kudos for making my family feel at home.

We love this place! It's not even like a hotel it's more like a home away from home! Kenya the manager is beyond amazing and her staff from concierge to housekeeping to maintenance is top notch! Shout outs to Toni, Dymon and David for all of your hard work and class act customer service! I would recommend extended stay America Chastain Rd over ANY other local accomodations...hands down! Thank you for being awesome!

The receptionist was rude, mean & very aggressive. She constantly called my room and even came harassing me at my door. All because I walked in the front door with my service dog. There were no signs posted that I couldn’t come in the front door, not to mention everyone else came through the front door with their dog. I am also seeing an attorney about the bed bugs that bit my daughter and I.

My son had a major surgery. All I wanted to do was lay down, get rest and go back to the hospital the next day. The smell was stink, And she toke more than 14 minutes to come up front.I dont know who the night clerk was she had her name tag turn around. As if she just knew she was going to be rude to me. African American, wearing glasses, with that cheap looking synthetic drawstring in her head. I had a paper copy of my driver's license, the piece you get when your waiting on your hard copy. Talking about they dont take those. Just so they know I got my refund back thru a 3rd party. I would never again.
