Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Jacksonville - Airport

Arrived with a large group way to salt to check in. Trevor at the front desk was so easy to work with. He made adjustments and had all of our rooms ready quickly. The beds were comfortable. Showers were excellent lots of heat and pressure. Breakfast was not great but a short walk to several eating options.

The Extended Stay America Premier Suites on Max Leggett Parkway is wonderful and they have a superb Management and Hospitality Team of Professionals. A Family and pet friendly hotel equipped with amenities to help you enjoy your stay. A full fridge and cooking area in each room and 24 hour gym and laundry on the first floor. I have always been met with Professional and Courteous, Customer Service. The lady at the front desk is amazing. I came in with a chip on my shoulder on a situation that had nothing to do with her or the hotel. she could tell. she just had a smile on her face. And kept it professional. Hands down 5⭐ service. She turned my night around. People like her are what the world needs more of. Thank you! Also the rooms are really nice and well laid out.

We only stayed here one night. Katrice checked us in. Very personable and friendly, she was thorough and professional. It was a very pleasant experience. The room was super clean as noted by my wife who is a clean freak. It smelled new and everything works perfectly. Many restaurants close to this hotel. We would highly recommend staying here.

It took angel 30 mins to come back to front desk to check us in. And there arent any dishes pots nor silverware to cook with. Look like someone had used our iron real quick before we checked in. Breakfast is yogurt muffins coffee and an orange! But it was cleaned. Oh yea bring ur own soap shampoo and lotion!
