Everhome Suites Chandler Phoenix Fashion Center

Clean, practical, central. These are words I think of when hearing Everhome suites. We are glad we found thia hotel brand. Full size refrigerators make it easy to save money by not having to go out. The kitchenette is great for this. The room design with the shelving makes it easy to keep our things up and out of the way during our stay. Highly recommended for the extended stay too.

Very Clean Hotel. Large bathrooms. Nice TV. Cane here to work. Front Desk Staff overall are very pleasant. Interesting how nice and quiet this place is for a bargain.

We were only there for a one night stay. Wanted to try something under the Choice Hotels umbrella of properties. Did not realize that yours is generally an extended stay hotel so missed having a breakfast on site. Room was just right for our needs. One maintenance issue that we left too early to mention to anyone. The door will not latch and deadbolt would not close. We just used the fold out safety thing. We would stay again if passing through Chandler.

Honestly I can’t think of a worse hotel experience. The only thing worse than the experience itself was how it was managed by hotel staff. THE WHOLE AREA SMELLS LIKE RAW SEWAGE!!! So bad you don’t just smell it you taste it! Literally haven’t smelled sewage so bad since I was in Mexico. Second the technology they’re using for the “smart TVs”is absolutely useless only had access to cable TV for both nights even after wasting an hour of my vacation time to talking to their tech support staff. What a joke. To get any sort of decent internet you need to pay an additional cost and the only point of upgrading the WiFi service is to be able to stream content to the TV which doesn’t work soo. The final straw of this experience was the car alarm that went off right outside my window from 3am-4:45am

The rooms are nice. Thats about it. The internet constantly disconnects and when you ask the front desk for hekp they just refer you to their IT department that you wait on hold for. They finally gave me the everhome Public password and that does the same thing. Basic amenities like bottles of water are not offered and the walls have no soundproofing at all. Do yourself a favor and go to the Courtyard. Violet and the staff there are amazing as are the rooms, internet, and amenities and their willingness to go above and beyond.
