Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore at BWI Airport

On-site staff were amazing. The on-site bar is great. On-site restaurant with made to order omelets were outstanding. The facilities were awful. No hot water for two days across the entire building. After being promised partial refunds for the hotel stay, and not hearing back for weeks, I submitted a written request for a partial refund from Embassy Suites, and I never heard back. Paying full price for multiple days of ice cold showers is unacceptable. How did they properly clean dishes and laundry during those days?

I checked in around 6pm .room was on the 5th floor standard looking suites but i think North Carolina has a better embassy suites. So went to the complimentary happy hour. The line was super long and 1 bartender. She tried her best to keep up with demands..took my drinks to my room for later in the evening. PARKING was a nightmare even tjough it was complimentary theres NO lights on the back side of the hotel originally parked in the overflow. Thank goodness when i came back from the casino i could fine a spot in light. The tub plug kept closing up which made the tub fill up with water but I just wanted a shower. Positive: The breakfast at this property is spectacular! The omelet bar is outstanding and the chef making the omelets deserves a RAISE for being so organized and friendly. His omelets were perfection. I had a swiss&smoked bacon one day and a ham&cheese! So good! Negative: The downside was that the hot tub was out of order. It looks like it has been out for some time. There seems to be no urgency to repair it so that was a major disappointment as we were told that they were waiting on a unit. We choose hotels with hot tubs.

Do NOT park here I parked my car at Embassy Suites for 6–7 days, something I had been doing regularly since October 2025, believing it was safe. On January 28, 2026, I returned from a flight to find my vehicle completely vandalized. All four tires were stolen, my passenger window was broken, and my mail and personal belongings were scattered across the parking lot. Police were called and stated this is a common occurrence in the area. A report was taken, but the hotel cameras did not capture the vandalism. Despite signage claiming 24-hour surveillance, no one was actually monitoring the parking lot. The hotel manager initially showed no sympathy. Rooms are average at best. It was clean when I arrived but I never received any housekeeping for the whole week. TVs in the room are small. There are no charging stations for phones. One of the three elevators was out for the whole week. This property recently began charging for parking and it is through a third party app that can only be paid by phone. The hotel is unable to add it to the reservation which is really inconvenient for business travelers. The snack shop is also inconveniently third party and has to be paid separate. The location is across the highway bridge from shops and restaurants, so walking isn't a good option for visiting nearby businesses. Breakfast is Embassy Suites standard which is the only highlight.
