Economy Inn

On Nov 8 I got two rooms thay took 20 for each room as a deposit. Which I don't understand why they do deposit. When the rooms are disgusting unsupervised chilthen roaches everywhere and nothing being token care of. A lady that was on something kept on standing by the door with her belongings and I asked her if she need a ride. Somewhere she says, I don't know where I'm going like, what kind of hotel are you running?I still have not got my deposit back.Which has been 3 weeks they told me I would get it back when I checked out.I don't recommend anybody to stay there

The only nice thing I can say, is that I did not get bit by any bed bugs during my stay. The cable was in and out all night, The wifi didn't reach my room, the toilet paper was held in the holder by a headless toothbrush. No towels provided at all, and they charged for extra TP (when my roll was almost out already. I just went to Dollar General to get a single roll). Also, they required a $20 security deposit that I didn't get back, even though the room was cleaner when I left, than when I arrived. I would have slept better in my jeep then spend $73 here and gamble with the security deposit.

When I got to my room there was scuff marks all over the floor there was no refrigerator no microwave no furniture no phone and it says that they provide furniture phone and microwave them refrigerator and then when I checked out they only gave me half of my deposit because of the scuff marks on the floor they tried to say I did it when it was already there in the room. They rent to drug dealers drug addicts every night that I was staying there people would come to my window asking me for drugs they would ask where they could get drugs and they charge me $850 for two weeks

Positive: Absolutely nothing. It was a disgusting cesspool. Negative: Everything. Stink. Filth. Surly staff.

Horrible customer service they will refuse to give your deposit back when paid it they will tell you didn't get charge but my bank says otherwise
