Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything

Stay longer then a day they don't like to change towels or bed linens for you. We stayed longer than a week and was told that they only charge towels and things Tuesday and Thursday. Our key wasn't working when we came home from work and got an attitude from the lady working at night because we woke her up

This experience was not pleasant. The rooms were okay. However, the lady at the front was extremely rude to my mother. When my mother was checking out she cold for no reason. She was greeted by us in a polite manner but she basically shood us away as we said "good morning and thank you" while trying to get some weird smoking deposit back. This rude receptionist really needs to work on being hospitable. You're better off going elsewhere because its unclear if you're wanted there. The beds were a little uncomfy. My biggest reason for this review is sharing our experience when checking in / out... no one deserves to be treated that way on their vacation.

This is NOT a "Three Star" hotel! It's more like a three star cesspit! I booked my wife into here last week. Boy, was that a mistake! The front desk attitude is actually hostile! When you check you are treated as if your very existence is an imposition. The rooms are filthy! The towels are stained. The odor is unbearable. When you ask to change rooms, you are treated with contempt. But if you persevere and prevail, the replacement room is even worse! If you want a refund, forget it! It will not happen! Do not stay here! It's not worth it! Even their very low price is an egregious overcharge!

Mold on the walls. Extra "non-smoking" deposit required upfront, which I did get refunded, towels over-bleached and falling apart but still smelled mildewy. Staff at the desk acted like they had no idea why I would be getting them out of bed at 7:30 AM, when I had to ring the bell multiple times to get them to come to the front desk so I could check out and get my non-smoking deposit back.
