By far THE WORST place I have ever stayed at. The conditions were horrendous. When I had asked to switch rooms because of the filth and I needed two beds. The lady was extremely rude. Said no. I’d have to cancel and get charged and then I’d have to pay for another room. Mold all over the bathroom. Dust all over. stains on the blanket. Carpet was crunchy. I had my baby with me and had to leave this hotel. My friend ended up staying there by herself.

I experienced the worst customer service. The front desk area was locked 24/7 and there was a lack of response to the number to call on the door or after hours buzzer. The bathroom had black mold, lights in the room did not work, there were stains on the carpet and chair. The sign and web boasted complimentary breakfast which was not available. When attendant was able to be reach there appeared to be a lack of comprehension of the English language. I observed kids playing in the lobby as if a day care was being ran yet patrons had no access since the door was always locked. The maintenance and upkeep was in disrepair and there was a general sense of an unsafe environment.

Had a Saturday reservation on a weekend in the summer, all of the other area hotels were sold out. Arrived at 11:30pm and the manager said that he canceled my room because my credit card didn't process before we arrived. No call, no email, no attempt to contact me, just gave the room away. Was forced to drive 3 hours home in the middle of the night. The person running the desk was rude and didn't seem to care at all. 1 star is too many stars. Choice hotels should really check into this hotel.

The only thing I can expect from a motel this cheap is for it to be clean. This place was absolutely filthy. The walls were plastered with dirt and grime and the amount of hair in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I had to clean the entire room myself just to feel comfortable sleeping in the room. Plus we killed at least 4 spiders that were in the room when we got there. Disgusting! When we arrived there were two employees cleaning the room next to ours and the male employee kept yelling and swearing, definitely not a kid friendly environment.

Room was unclean. Candy wrapper near the nightstand and pills on the ground. It looked like someone had vomited near the toilet and it was not cleaned. There were used pieces of soap in the shower. The lobby was kept closed/locked and used as a family room for the owners. Their was no coffee/water available and no breakfast. The deadbolt did not fully retract and we had to use a pocket knife to slide it so we could get out in the morning.
