Berkshire Mountain Lodge

This place is so wonderful; it was so convenient to have an entire kitchen in my room! I loved having a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the pool and the hot tub is incredible; I went in as often as I could. The gym is lovely too! The staff is so kind, accommodating, and welcoming. They are very responsive to calls about trash or needing new supplies. They are truly so kind; one very sweet girl at the front desk learned my name and greeted me by it every night and morning for my entire stay. It meant a lot to me. I couldn’t have had a more positive experience here! Thank you so much to all the amazing staff here! It’s such a lovely place to stay!

First time staying at Berkshire Mountain Lodge and my family and I loved it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and it was great to have room to cook, eat, and relax. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and the shower was hot with great pressure. We loved too that there are large shared spaces (the lobby and salon), free coffee, and especially the pool. Convenient to everything in Pittsfield and Lenox, many good restaurants and groceries are very close. My kids, husband, and I had a wonderful time and we will be back!

Positive: The room set up was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Negative: Not really. Furniture is a bit dated and pool/hottub facilities could do with a refresh. But everything was clean and in good repair

We staged over three nights in February. There was LITS of snow. And the paths were totally clean and safe to walk on. Front desk staff were nice and helpful when needed. The room was nice and clean. The floor and window treatments are kind of old-fashioned, but that's fine. We liked the pool as well. They show nightly movies in the salon. While there is no breakfast option, they do have a specialty coffee brewer that is available for everyone, 24/7. We enjoyed our quick vacation here.

We had a wonderful stay at Berkshire Mountain Resort. The location was excellent — close to everything we wanted to do — and the suite was spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen, which made the stay feel even more convenient and home-like.||||The room was very clean and had a beautiful view, which we really enjoyed. The only downside was the bed, which wasn’t as comfortable as we hoped.||||Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again for the space, cleanliness, and amazing location.
