Hilton Garden Inn Lenox/Pittsfield is exactly why we keep choosing Hilton. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is consistently friendly, and the breakfast is solid and reliable. Everything feels well run and predictable in the best way. You know what you’re paying for and what you’re going to get every time, no surprises, no shortcuts. It’s an easy, dependable stay and a place I’d book again without hesitation.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff! We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding and enjoyed the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The power went out one night of our stay due to poor weather, but the staff was very accommodating and can't thank them enough. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, we had a good experience here. The room was clean and quiet, but had a slightly odd odor which never really dissipated while we were there. The beds were comfortable and there was a bathtub/shower combo, which I always appreciate. We had no written material given to us at check-in or to be found in our room, so had to use our phones to find out about the restaurant hours, menu, and even checkout time. |The location was convenient to area attractions, and has the added benefit of a great market (Guido's) and a great bread bakery (Pittsfield Rye Bakery) both a stone's throw away. I agree with other assessments of the restaurant. We only ate breakfast there once, and while our server was excellent and the food was good, it was really expensive and there was very little choice. We stayed here for seven days, best Hilton Garden Inn ever! The staff is very friendly and the food at Jae’s Restaurant was terrific, morning, noon or night. Great breakfast menu, no buffet, reasonable prices. Nice workout room and pool. Jae’s lunch and dinner, Asian Fusion is privately owned and run. Great for takeout in lieu of room service. Rooms are newly remodeled, they are still doing the second floor. Wonderfully situated above South St, hiway 7, between Pittsfield and Lenox.
