Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsfield-Lenox-Berkshires by IHG

This stay was great. First we were welcomed by Mathew, he had a great attitude and seemed to be happy to be there. We went up the elevator to our beautiful 74 degree room. King sized bed and great view. You can’t hear anything from the outside. It was a great stay and the pool room was great. Hot tub and pool. The gym was our favorite part we hung out in there for 1 hour. 100% recommend holiday inn.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We got a larger room which was perfect for spreading out. I loved the roller blind and how dark it kept the room. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great I would give 5 stars if not for how cold the pool room was. The pool was heated but barely, and we couldn't even enjoy it because the room was so cold, we were freezing, and could only stay down there a very short time. This was an enormous let down as I was traveling with my children and having a pool was a requirement for us when selecting a hotel. We visit Lenox for an overnight stay almost monthly to attend a local appointment and this was by far my favorite hotel and room. But we won't be coming back because the pool situation is a deal breaker for us. If a cold pool isnt problematic for y

One of the most best hotel experiences I've had in a long time! We stopped here because it's halfway on our roadtrip and were pleasantly surprised. The building is very new, but the staff keeps everything clean. It was very quiet and I only heard other people (and occasional dog) when I was in the hallway, never when in the room. We had a king suite and it was extremely roomy. The bed was comfy and the double shades make the room nice and dark at night. We were on the highway end of the building but never heard traffic at night.||I also really appreciate that they are dog friendly and have an actual pet walking area. The official area is small, but there are plenty of grassy spots to exercise your dog at this hotel.||The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay here and will 100% be coming back here to stay again soon and for the near future. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by Paul. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. Lobby was bright and absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and fresh. Had a room on the 4th floor, room 401 and had a fantastic view. Rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean also. Housekeeping does an amazing job!!!!. In the morning I was greeted by Jhoselin and she was amazing and wonderful. So friendly and made you feel welcomed for staying here. Breakfast attendant was amazing and friendly. I don’t catch his name though I’m sorry. Food was absolutely delicious.
