Nothing special about this hotel, and it’s definitely not a place where you should expect any luxuries — but it’s a decent option if you just want a good night’s sleep. When I stayed there, the swimming pool was closed, but to be fair I was warned about it well in advance before booking. There’s a small fitness centre which I used and it did the job. Breakfast was okay, nothing special (although I was a bit disappointed there were no baked beans!). Staff were generally fine and helpful enough. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was genuinely pretty good, and not too expensive considering US prices. Positive: Staff was extremely helpful with the free Valet parking. Twas only a minute or two to wait for your car to be delivered to the front door of the hotel. Horrible, just plain horrible. Can I be any clearer?||I’ve stayed at this Hotel for a number of years and it’s been going downhill each year. First, the parking is not good. The garage is closed and has been for a few years, there is valet to a lot around the corner, about a 5 minute walk, but that is not helpful if you need something in the far. And never mind that the walk at night is not at all safe. ||Second, room service was plain bad. I checked in on a Friday night, went to a business meeting on Saturday, got back to my room around 2pm and the room had not been cleaned. Around 3pm there was a knock at the door, room service. The receptionist when I got there was very rude. There’s one I spoke to over the phone was Morgan very sweet and professional. The rooms and bathrooms super small. The parking lot is closed no one said anything or emailed. They did send an email about the pool being closed. You have to park a block down to TD bank to park. The place is nothing like the pictures. I will never come again!!! The pictures they show online is false

Our beds were fine and I slept well.||The parking lot for the hotel is located around the corner next to the TD. I can see the free valet getting swamped, but for us it was lovely to have someone park our car and have it waiting as we exited the building and I would recommend it.||The pool was an interesting experience. They had turned off the main lights and they just had mood lighting. I am so used to a pool being brightly lit with a focus on safety, so it was a different experience. ||However, whoever was in charge of the bathroom renovation, it was a head scratcher. They crammed a tub, toilet, and sink with counter into a tiny room, so you have to reach into the counter cabinet to access the toilet paper. Meanwhile, they could have put the sink and counter outside in the spacious alco
