The room was NASTY, the beds were worn out as well as every single piece of bedding the had on there. There was blood on the sheets of one bed and we had to strip it and use our own bedding but I booked with points and knew I couldn’t get them back so we stayed. Got up the next morning to someone screaming for hours and the staff acting like they can’t hear it. We stayed until checkout waiting on the reason we made the trip. When I checked out I was not given back my deposit so I asked for it and was given a rude smirk and then had to argue about the name on my choice account to finally get it back. They aren’t allowed via choice hotels policy to deny someone on the account to stay, they made sure to give me a very hard time about it being a family account.

Let me tell you my experience here was one of the worst I have ever encountered, not only were all of the staff very rude no matter how pleasant you tried to be, they advertise things that they do not actually offer for example I paid $10 extra per day to have a buffet breakfast when they don't even have a continental one, not only that to top it off we extended our trip and when I read booked I was charged in early check-in fee even though I had already been in the same room for 3 days, we were basically the only guest that they had when the hotel offers upward of over 100 rooms, my husband has knee trouble and when asked for a bottom floor during check-in we were told there were none available although we passed at least 75 bottom four rooms on our way to our second floor crappy room, th

When booking this hotel, it showed it having a hot breakfast and what appeared to be really nice rooms. Well, nice enough for what we were needing it for, which was a place to wash the sand and saltwater off and a bed to sleep in. Upon arrival, I asked the receptionist if there would be breakfast, he told me they only had coffee. Okay, cool, I will buy breakfast elsewhere. I got my key card and proceeded to the back where my room was, immediately my kids and I felt unsafe, luckily I had my gun with me so I kept it close. Opening the door to our room my first impression was that it was not well kept nor was it clean. The key card keep locking me out, black stain all over the floor/trims. No coffee maker, smell really bad. Why is the check in at 4pm and have to check out at 11am that is way too soon!

Awesome hotel staff is even better they treat us like family@!! Located within waking distance of lots of good stuff @@!!@@ Definitely recommend this place as a place to stay anytime your in town and need something close to i95 and many other ammentaties!!!!
