Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Jackson Northwest

I stayed here for two days while my son was at a music camp. There were bugs in my room. The shower didn't work well. The desk chairs at these hotels are always broken. Too low and the lever to raise it doesn't work. Had to put two pillows on the chair to avoid hurting my shoulders while typing on my laptop. A desk lamp would be helpful. There is a light fixture on the wall *near* one end of the desk, but the other end of the desk is in shadow and there's no light to remedy that. Hard to do work in the dark. Breakfast supposedly runs from 6am to 9am. I went around 6:30am to see what they offered and there were a bunch of unsavory looking people sitting around and almost no food left. They always accommodate my request on the bottom floor. Room is always clean and there was an extra fleece blanket because it was cold. I didn't have a remote for my TV, called the front desk and had one ASAP. Every time I stay here, I have no issues. It's a great place to stay, get your rest and continue on with your trip.

Positive: There was nothing that I liked considering the hotel was filthy, the breakfast was slim (false advertising), and there was no smoke alarm or sprinkler system in the room. Do not stay here. Wow I’m super impressed. The rates were unbelievable. Peter was incredibly helpful and polite, great dude. I got free breakfast and I love waffles. Definitely buying my own waffle maker after this. Had no problems with amenities and nothing was broken or missing. Thanks for making this Christmas away from my family a little better!

This place is great for a good night's rest and is located in a good spot for restaurant options. Rooms are decent and staff will work with you if you have a upstairs or downstairs preference. I stay here often, and never had a bad expired.
