Cleaned up our room super great and when I checked out the manager stated he couldn't give me my deposit because I didn't have the yellow slip a paper that I got when I got the room and I was assuming that I was probably thrown away

We rented the room the night prior for a concert. We checked in our room that night. That morning we got up I would say around 7:00 I had to go and talk to the man in the front office. Our water came out a doo doo brown color. Not only was we not offered reimbursement We were not even offered any type of compensation. That includes not Even being offered to see if another room was able where we could use the water. It was that color brown in our bathtub and that color brown in the sink as well. I have filed a report they have center request for a cancellation. That was last week. I called a minute ago and spoke with a lady who called me back and said the manager denied my refund. Paid for the big room wasn't able to use the water at all. It was dark brown in tub and in sink. Wasn't informed of any water issues when we got the keys. And when I complained to the man in the office. Instead of offering to try another room or compensation for this HUGE ISSUE. He tells me nothing he can do. We'll never return to this place. Absolutely disappointing.

Bedding, towels, and TV were good, but the bed frame sounded like it was breaking when getting up and down. Floor was not very clean. And during the night someone was smoking weed near us and I felt like I was getting high from there smoke while in my room. The couch was disgusting. I didn't want to touch it.

Positive: "" Negative: It clearly says 2 beds. But there's only 1 bed in the room. A pull-out couch is not a bed, it is a pull-out couch, hence the name pull-out couch!!!
