Days Inn by Wyndham Syracuse

We stayed at the Daysinn hotel and everything was great. I want to give a Big Shout to the front desk beautiful Alisea. She made our stay great we felt at home. She is very caring for the guest and she works hard. We didn't get a chance to tell her thank you. Whom ever hired Alisea made a great choice. Breakfast was also good and the housekeepers were nice.

When I arrived to the hotel it was very quiet. The front desk lady Elesia was nice & Professional. During check in Elesia explained everything to me about the hotel policies. She is well spoken and dress very nice. I was very tired when I arrived. I am from out of country. I requested to be on the first floor. I slept in room 103 for a nite. The bed was clean and the floor was clean. I slept well. Thank you 'Elesia for a great stay. Days inn has a wonderful lady working at the front desk in Syracuse.

Positive: Night staff person was very friendly: morning not so much. Negative: asked for wake-up call but didn’t get one. Shampoo and body soap were empty. no clock or radio. no coffee.

This Days Inn has by far been my most wholesome hotel stay. I am a Wyndham Rewards recipient, I love Wyndham…the hospitality of the staff is what makes this place nice… Kyulei, Alicia and Que have been nothing but helpful in my needs and concerns of the hotel…thank you guys for your kindness…. Yes and even thanks to the housekeepers for your help…the staff at the hotel are phenomenal…I’ve been staying at the hotel for a while due to work…

Check in was horrible and very unprofessional. We arrived late Feb 13th on Friday nite. The night auditor was on his phone and he was very rude during checkin. He was a very tall African American man working at the desk. We like Daysinn hotels and this experience was awful. He was chewing gum while he was checking us in. He put us on the 2nd floor and the room was ok. He seemed to be very inexperienced when we asked questions. We will be staying in Syracuse again in March.
