Days Inn by Wyndham Jacksonville Airport

My husband and I stay at this hotel every time we come to Jacksonville. Rooms are always clean and the people are genuinely friendly but let me just say that Tony is by far the BEST customer service rep this location has EVER had. Down to earth dude, super understanding and doesn't give off the "I get paid to be nice to you vibes" genuine people are hard to come by and this guy is the realest.

From check in to check out was horrible. We got there a little early (1:45pm), we went to the front desk to see if the room was ready. No one was at the desk, we rang the bell, ask the guy on the bench outside, he said ring the bell, we did again, again - no one came, I texted the number that I go text from before coming, they texted back saying "they offer check ins at 1pm for an extra 20.00, nope didn't want that. So then decided to Call the direct hotel number, no answer, rerouted to someone else, told her no one was at the desk, just wanting to see if our room was ready, THE guy shows up as I am on the phone. We check in. Get to room, it smells moldy, stay anyway IT's Only ONE night. Get up in the morning, go to get continental breakfast--informed THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY BREAKFAST, that i

DO NOT STAY here. My review was deleted so I’m posting it again. Upon check in at 11pm the lobby smelled, the ceiling tiles are falling apart and water logged, there was a food warmer with disgusting dried food in it, I was told a $100.00 deposit would be held I checked my master card and I was charged $200.07usd. This was verified by capital one master card and he said it was not a hold but indeed a charge. The waffle batter was spoiled and looked grey, the milk jug had no handle no lid and was left open and uncovered, The room was deplorable: the windows are filthy, the couches has large and small staining the chair was peeling the table had many large gouges and scratches and looked like it was picked up in the side of the road, the microwave had dried up stuff on the I side surface,

I honestly would like a refund!!! I asked for a room downstairs he gave me one upstairs I asked for a room by the stairs he gave me one furthest away from the stairs I asked for a quiet room and he gave me a room directly in between 12 Mexican working men who stayed up all night drinking and partying outside of my room. It was hard walking in and out of my room as they were right up on me then one of them made a loud noise later that night and they startled me making me spill my chocolate milk and then was charged $25 for it on top of everything

The rooms are filled with mold! We pulled in at 11 o’clock and the entire hotel is completely empty. Which is very strange because all the neighboring hotels are sold out. Now I understand why.
