Days Inn by Wyndham Greenville

My stay was absolutely disgusting and beyond disappointing. Every single time I requested housekeeping, no one ever showed up. The bed didn’t even have a blanket or comforter—just two thin sheets. There were visible stains on the headboard, which was already a bad sign. The bathroom was downright revolting. There was urine on the toilet and nasty residue all over the tub. To make matters worse, there was an actual hole in the floor. Behind the TV, I found piles of trash and filth, and yes—there were roaches. Also an ironing board but no iron . The microwave didn’t work. I asked for a replacement and was told someone would look into it, but I never heard back. The towels were either dirty or stained, and the front desk never had clean towels, blankets, or anything to properly accommodate

Not a bad stay the best part of my stay was being greeted and appreciated by the am manager after having a not so good experience with the pm manager. Don’t get me wrong he was polite but his people skills and the way he was unwilling to give me any type of help when it came to the conditions in my room 👎🏾 the only advice he gave that I considered was giving me a refund. But over all after spending my own money to improve the conditions of my room I’ll give it a 7-10

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel did not provided the room with 2 beds that I had reserved. They had me sign paperwork for a room with 2 beds and gave me the key to a room with 1 bed. They did not tell me my reservation was unavailable and didn’t attempt to make it right.

I was very disappointed with this hotel that I checked out a day early. There was no fitness center as stated on the website we were told that it was out of order. The hallway was not well lit. The pillows were too soft and had my neck and back hurting. The furniture in the room was dark, worn and outdated, I've seen better furniture in Goodwill. The toilet was too low. The mattress was visibly stained on the sides. I will not return.

I have and am a guest at this Days In and they are so nice and the rooms are so clean. My house flooded recently so I am having to stay here unexpectedly for a couple weeks and I couldn’t be more grateful for the service they provide at the front desk. Location is terrific in proximity to downtown as well! Great job Days In Greenville team!
