Crowne Plaza Jacksonville Airport/I-95N by IHG

We were heading out of town for 8 days and booked our vehicle for parking here through another site. This is the second time we've parked here and it's been great! This time we had an earlier flight out so we decided to drive in and stay the night so we didn't have to get up at 3:30 am. So glad we did! We got a premium king, though I don't imagine it's much different that a regular king, but it was roomy enough, clean, and the bed was comfy! The check in went smoothly and the front desk staff were pleasant and willing to help with anything we asked. It was so great to be able to stay over a night and get 8 days of parking (thru another site) for less than what some of the parking places cost. The rooms are a crap shoot what you get. Some are nice and some are beat.| I’ve stayed here a lot and the big reason was for the happy ladies behind the bar. Carolynn and Alicia were great, but they are gone now and it’s just rude slow service. No smile, angry if you ask for something, and inconvenienced by your needs. Probably time to move on to another hotel unfortunately

Ok where to begin, I was in Florida at the crown plaza for a ladies conference for the weekend, not only did the hotel employees go above and beoynd for us but they all showed genuine care for us as we navigated this event held away from home. The food that was served was top notch...well actually every meal served was delicious and served in a very pleasant timely fashion. I personally was extremely greatful to return to my room after a long day to see that my room was clean and even my toiletries were organized and placed neatly on a towel (this made me want to do better for myself, and now I definitely will!!! Lol) I could go on and on about how accommodating the shuttle service was and how kind everyone was but I have to end this here! I hope to be back soon and hope this review helps

Positive: It was clean and employees were very polite and helpful. Negative: You have to pay to park! If you have to pay to park then there should be some security watching the parking lot or something! Nope nothing just a charge to let your vehicle sit there! If you need more money raise the price for the room!

Thank you so much to Sandy at the front desk for helping us as we had rushed in to catch a flight to go see our daughter in the hospital upstate New York and forgot the register policy for parking there. I pulled up earlier and nobody wanted to help us they just don’t come back. But Sandy took the time registered my call over the phone and even sent a prayer to my daughter thank you so much for your wonderful service and a love that I heard in your voice.
