Crowne Plaza Greenville by IHG

I recently stayed here during a business trip, and my experience was absolutely 5-star! I had a late check-in, but the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the process effortless. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, which made my stay even better. One of the highlights was how kind the staff was to my daughter—they even gave her a little extra time to enjoy the pool, which she loved. Overall, fantastic service, clean and welcoming rooms, and thoughtful touches that made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

We were hesitant to book a room here, as there were plenty of higher-rated hotels in the area but our hankering for a Ruth’s Chris steak won us over. I’m glad it did, as our room was clean, modern, comfortable and, most importantly, quiet. Personnel were friendly. We were given a room on the 6th floor, which signage indicates is a designated “quiet” floor. You can access Ruth’s Chris directly from the hotel. I can’t comment on the morning breakfast, as a broken pipe in the kitchen prevented the preparation of any hot items. They did their best with coffee, pastries and yogurt, though.

Great service from the staff, especially the breakfast crew and shuttle service. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Conveniently located off the highway with plenty of dining and entertainment options in the area. Special thank you to Chris G. for going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable and convenient. We will definitely be back.

We came in town for a track meet and needed somewhere to stay for the night. I chose this hotel because I wanted an indoor pool for the kids and the rooms looked very comfortable. I was as well interested in the breakfast but didn’t wake up in time! The room was clean and comfortable as well we loved the plant based hand soap and bath soap, very nice add on. The kids got to enjoy the pool.

Last minute trip for the Women's SEC tournament. Was originally going to stay downtown but didn't want to pay the prices they were charging. Found this hotel and presented value for the event. Very close to downtown and other areas of interest. The hotel staff was friendly. Would stay here again when in the area.
