The location and price are excellent for this hotel. Added bonuses are that there is parking and a starbucks in the hotel. The hotel itself is a bit dated and the elevators have seen better days, but the staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. I wouldn't mind some better toiletries in the bathroom, but for the price it is great. Rooms include a mini fridge, refrigerator coffee, desk, an iron, and hair dryer. The bed was pretty cozy too - just bring your own blanket if you would like a thicker comforter.

Good property, nice room. Walking distance to busses and metro (yellow and blue lines), well lit at night. Had issues with timed shuttle, check in and check out, but everything else non-human was AMAZING. Good location near a Whole Foods, and lots of restaurants, area has been revamped and feels new(er). Keep in mind the hotel shuttle to airport starts at 4:30 am, so get to the lobby by 4:15-4:20, it's first come first served. From airport to hotel shuttle runs every 1/2 hour. Keep these details in mind. There is an on-site restaurant as well as a Starbucks on the mezzanine level.

I was skeptical at first because American airlines put us up in this hotel for the night due to a flight cancellation and I had never dealt with an overnight delay like this. They had emailed me a security code which I used at check in and the process went very smoothly. The staff was very nice. They do offer a shuttle to the airport that runs every 30 min beginning at 430am. The room itself looks dated. The desk was broken, the lamp beside the bed that has the plug in did not work, the frame around the bathroom door and hall door had rust spots however.... The bed and pillows were super comfy and the shower had great water pressure. So the other things didn't seem as important since I was there to sleep.

If you stay here, you are rolling the dice on the people who share the hotel with you and whether or not you will sleep. I arrived after 11 pm and, after settling into my room, the people in the room next to me started making a lot of noise: yelling, cursing, and throwing things against the wall we shared. I called down to reception to ask that they do something about the noise. They explained to me the staff had told them twice to quiet down, but they were still very loud. At 1 am, it became clear I wasn't going to sleep with them next to me, so I redressed, packed, and went downstairs to ask for a new room. Positive: Nithing Negative: Prepaid for a King Room. Arrived at hotel and was given a handicapped accessible room. The room was dirty, smelled, cold, the thermostat on the wall didn’t work. Hotel staff member was rude. Stayed at another hotel. Do not recommend.
