Courtyard by Marriott Newport News Airport

Overall, I was disappointed. I stayed 4 nights and while it wasn't bad, it wasn't good. When we first arrived, we were sent up and the bed had some staining on it along with wrinkles consistent with someone laying down. I informed the front desk and they swapped us to a different room. During the stay, we realized that the WiFi was absolutely horrendous. The TV matched the WiFi, it had to be at least 15 years old. Photos online are a mix of this location and another updated location. After we had our room serviced, I noticed more stains on our pillow cases. 😮‍💨

All I have to say if I could give this Courtyard by Marriott Newport News more then 5 🌟 stars I most definitely would give a 10 out of 10. Let me first Thank the staff for a wonderful experience. (Front Desk) I will like to say thank you Ms. Kaytia and Mr. Dustin they were very pleasant an most of all professional. Outstanding customer service. The room that I stayed in was 514 a king with a sofa bed.(most comfortable bed ever)! My room was very spacious and well designed. I also want to give a special Thank you to Ms. Tiffany in (housekeeping). My room was very clean and organized 👌🏽 no complaints. The atmosphere at this hotel is very peaceful and most of all relaxing. I will most definitely stay here again. And to my 700,000 plus viewers who follow me. Please make sometime for yourself,

Positive: Quite location Negative: leaky shower, fixed after I informed the front office. Noisy HVAC, parking is $5 a day. They should advertise the additional charges.

I had a really great experience with this location, and it became more important because I drove up from Tampa, FL, to start a new job. Tami Smith, front desk manager, and Darius (I hope I got everyone's name right!) made it more special for me. The room was clean and perfect for my needs, which included much-needed sleep after a long day's drive. The location is filled with many restaurants and businesses, making everything so convenient. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Stayed on Oct 13th 25 everyone was professional except the janitor. Heard him fussing about customers tracking water from pool to the elevator. Guessing that's what happens when there's no one supplying pool towels. Out of spite baby boi left the mop bucket out. Unprofessional & childish. Doesn't seem like he like his job
