Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville I-295/East Beltway

I stayed at this hotel in Nov 2025. The experience at check in was great, I was acknowledged as a top tier elite member in the Bonvoy program, straight off, something that never happens. I have stayed at courtyards all over the country as well as many other marriott hotels. To me, this hotel was a bit "worn" and could use refurbishment. When I walked in there were signs stating that the water was off, but I was informed upon check in that it was turned back on. ||That being said, when I got to the room, and tried to take a shower, the water WAS running, but the issue was that the water pressure was SO LOW that I could not get the water to divert from the faucet in the shower to the showerhead. Everyone was really nice. The hotel was clean and quite. The room was really comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. The only channels we could watch were the local ones because something had happened to the dish. Also, could get some softer washcloths but other than that, our stay was great. We also liked that the checkout time isn't until 12:00 and the breakfast bistro stays open until 11:00.

Pros: •The front desk staff was extremely helpful (thanks Jean!) •Cleanliness •Recently remodeled; tall ceilings, laminate flooring, spacious design with storage space and mini fridge •Lots of outlets and usb/c ports to plug into •Quiet •Walking distance to stores, and restaurants •Bed was really comfortable Cons: •Soft pillows (only because we like more firm pillows to sleep)

We stayed here for the Bills Jags game. Big thank you to front desk people for help w medical emergency that night. They were so kind and helpful. We had breakfast at the bistro and the flatbread was delicious! The 2 young men working it were very friendly and did a great job. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, nice rooms. We stayed here prior to a cruise and also used them to park our car during the cruise. Much to my distress,,,,,, you are made to park across the street in a parking lot that displays signs that the vehicles are monitered by a towing company and will be towed at the owners expense. Also posted is a not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicle. None of this is disclosed during booking. Only after pulling into the parking lot,,,,, across the street,,,,, after you have paid ,,,,,,, are you made aware of these things..... in my opinion, you may as well drive over to the Walmart parking lot and grab a parking space for free.
