Stay away from this place. If there was a zero-star option or negative that’s what I would rate this place. The room smells like old rug not even a fridge inside the room at this age? Plus I had a bad experience with this hotel. I came to this hotel to stay for 1 night because it was already late to continue driving. There were 2 people in the front desk and one of them is under training. I talked to them and asked how much for the night and was told that iI will be able to save if I book online using third party websites than walking-in. I believed them since they work there. I booked online through expedia and paid in full online. After booking online, I went to the lady in-training because the other one is serving another customer. Honestly one of my least favorite Marriott stays and as a Platinum Member for many years I have stayed in quite a few. Just passing through for a single night, got in fairly late. Get into my room 104, the tv is broken and I can already tell it's going to be a warm one because the ac is barely cool, enough to not let the room get too much warmer, but definitely not going to cool it off, and it was warm in there. When checking in I had heard the front desk associates saying they didn't have any extra rooms, so don't bother asking for a new one, it's just one night I can survive. What made me leave the 2 star review was the front desk's response when I brought it up in the morning. It's like he knew what room I was in before I even told him, and said yeah we already know your room has issues

It was difficult to call the front desk due to the land line got zapped by lightning so we couldn't get picked up by shuttle from airport.  Other than that, the hotel was good.  We particularly enjoyed the pool with warm water.  There was a bistro in lobby that was opened until 10pm and you can also buy snacks and sandwiches at front desk 24hr.  We use the free shuttle service to airport at 5:30am and we were told they start shuttle service at 4am.

Hi arrived to the hotel yesterday every thing ran smooth. Till my wife decided to take a shower , I heard a scream from the bathroom , she said that the water handle dropped by it self down which was very very hot water and caused a burn in her back , when we went down to the reception , no body even said sorry for the bad experience she went to the doctor for wound treatment, and I will take the further consequences .

I stay in hotels 25-30 nights a year and I can honestly say this is one of — if not THE— worst hotel beds ever. I could barely sleep- it’s hard as a rock AND you can feel the springs. Unbelievably bad. Do better, Marriott.
