Courtyard by Marriott Charlottesville

My room could have used a good vacuuming, but otherwise it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. There are a lot of options nearby for food and shopping, and it's a quick 10 minute drive from UVA's campus. I would stay here again!

This is a very clean and updated hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite. I rested well here and felt safe. Location is good and near lots of food options and UVA and Monticello.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room was definitely not what we expected at all.Especially for the amount we paid. We ended up having to change rooms. Because the bed was horrible, there was nothing to put your ice in no bags in the trash cans.

We had the pleasure of April’s bartending services! She was friendly, efficient and helpful as we enjoyed a football game . She was attentive throughout our evening. April represents Marriott’s commitment to a positive, enjoyable stay. ||The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. The lobby is inviting and comfortable.

This Marriott needs more stars. Bahiam, the night desk attendant was absolutely wonderful. I got in from a 12 hour drive with a 3 year old at 12:30am but I had made the reservation for the following Monday night by accident. She cleared up my error and made me feel so welcome with a small child. She helped me get milk for a bottle as well. She was there again in the morning attending the cafe. I was sure to give her good gratuity because this woman is a gem! Please give her kudos and thank her for her superb hospitality!
