Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Port Canaveral, FL

My stay overall was good. But I had issues with hot water to the third floor room; it took on avg about 5 minutes of running the tub and sink at the same time to get the hot water going. There was also an issue with the washer on the 2nd floor; did not hit maximum spin rate so clothes came out still soaking. I took 2 dryer cycles and hanging them up in my room overnight to get them dry. I was going to use the 4th floor laundry, but based on the puddle of water in front of the dryer someone else had the same issue. Last complaint was the lock to the workout area was not set to the current time, so when 6 a.m. rolled around, I had to locate the desk clerk or manager to unlock it. Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, Tiffany made us feel genuinely welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail, from the cozy bedding to the relaxing atmosphere, was thoughtfully curated. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore while still feeling like a peaceful escape. What stood out most was the exceptional service — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning!

Pre- Cruise stay. We reserved 2 rooms prior to our family cruise with parking for 2 cars during the cruise. Everything went smoothly. Only a few things kept me from giving 5 stars: the hot tub was not working properly, we had issues with access to the back door and the breakfast area was hard to navigate.

2/2/26 My husband and I, aunt, uncle, and cousins had a great stay at Country Inn & Suites and everything worked out perfectly. We purposely wanted to stay close to the port where we were going to be heading for our cruise with royal Caribbean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Check-in was smooth. The breakfast options were plentiful with a nice variety to choose, definitely a great way to start the day. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we slept well. One thing we really appreciated was the shower, it had excellent water pressure and amenities that made it feel refreshing and relaxing. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and stress-free stay. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone look

The hotel itself is a bit run down. I would give it a 6/10. The beds are not that comfortable and the overall dated look is a bit unfortunate. I don’t dismiss the fact that these rooms near a cruise port are abused and difficult to maintain, but i think it needs some TLC. Given that it’s on the same property as the Hyatt… I can only assume it’s under the same ownership. However… the silver lining is the front desk staff. I stayed her twice in the past two weeks. 5 night and a 3 night. The front desk manager Jewel was extremely nice and seems very genuine and loves her job, seeing her interact with guest and her team clearly shows the sign of a great leader.
