This place is very dirty. From the lobby/hallways, to the elevator, to the rooms, everything is dirty! A trail of coffee and milk spills and food will lead you from the breakfast area to the elevator. Food left in the hallway for a day. The WiFi doesn’t work unless you’re in the hallway. I was in room 311. I was instructed by the front desk person (a young male with dark hair) to step in the hallway for the WiFi to work but it stopped working when I went back in the room. I was unable to watch tv during my entire stay due to majority of the channels NOT working. He was also the same person to tell me that he would contact the cable provider d to assist me. When I called the front desk back to ask for an update, he said he couldn’t get in contact with direct tv to help me not having working

Very nice stay. Couldn’t adjust room temperature. Just needed a few more degrees. Set at 67 but with chill coming through window the bedroom was cool. Stopped the hot part of breakfast?

I had been at the airport trying to rent a vehicle none were available I had no reservation after returning from Nigeria. I waited several hours until my phone charged and found my luggage that was wrapped in plastic cause immigration went through my things. I made a reservation with Enterpise that was over an hour away , got stuck in traffic jam. Once my Uber driver Klement got me to Enterprise they stated cause of my out of state license I had to have $600 on my card for cost of rental and deposit . My Uber driver drove me over an hour for them to tell me that . I’d been on a plane since dec8 and arrived dec9 and my uber helped me by checking and calling hotels and allowed me to use his charger. Location it's close to Riverside Medical Center, a Foodlion across the street and more. The building is in a secure place safe. Service very nice employees willing to help, and will accept cash. Rooms are OK. They are clean not built perfect according to scale. But good for a couple nights, I stayed 5 and rented a single night for a relative. Wife thought had a Hot Tube but no just a inside pool.

Although the elevator wasn't working my room was spacious upgraded and clean. I did not get a chance to have breakfast but the coffee was good and the waffles smelled awesome.
