Best Western Crossroads of the Bluffs

Very nice hotel. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. We did have a problem with the bath tub drain not wanting to drain called front desk and a person came in quick and fixed it. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and so was the pool. Staff was respectful and always asking how our stay was.

It was definitely not the best place we have ever stayed at. It seemed clean, but the sheer curtains were tattered in several places and falling off of the draw-rod, so they were worthless for privacy (1st floor room). The pool was lovely, in a nice atrium with plenty of seating, pool towels available, the temperature perfect for swimming. The location was easy to get to, but noting all the places with high fences, and the fact that our room door had double locks, made us wonder about the area's safety. The front desk people were both congenial and understanding when we commented about the sheers.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. A bit dated, but if that is my only complaint I'd call that a huge win! Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and their breakfast was amazing! I will be booking again!

Positive: The rooms had recently been remodeled and the television was much bigger than most hotels. I also liked the decor of the sitting areas in the hotel. Negative: The outsiden of this hotel would not be one I would pick if it hadn't already been booked.. Also there was construction going on in the pool area.

Check in was fast and easy. The gave us a bottled water at check in. The room price was moderate. All the lamps and clock were unplugged when we arrived at our room. Figured out how to plug one in for use. Our room was in the back up of the facility. We could hear the 18 wheelers fans going all night. That were parked behind the facility. Making it a rough sleep. Got up this a.m. for a cup of coffee to find something in my cup once I opened the plastic. The bed was average. Room slightly older. Tissue were soft for your nose. The toilet paper was rough. They do have hot breakfast here.
