Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Charlottesville-UVA, VA

Staff was extremely accommodating on an issue I had with a room...however having only one person at check caused the process to be slow. Rooms were clean but I could tell they appeares to get just a "surface cleaning" Breakfast was sufficient and lots of room in the breakfast area. Location of hotel was convenient and a short 10 min drive to the downtown walking area. All in all, a good visit and I would stay again.

The location is great and the hotel is clean. The beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good - varied eggs, potatoes, sausage/bacon, waffle maker, dry cereal, fruit and yogurt. I realize that I’m probably in the minority of travelers who actually use the fitness facilities when traveling. There’s a good selection of free weights, but the cable machine is archaic - needs to be ‘tuned up’ or replaced. Might be nice to have some bands and weighted bars as well. The internet was very slow on our trip (we were on the 2nd floor). Some hall noise, but very little traffic noise despite being right off a busy street. Would recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel many times while in the area on business. I've had consistently outstanding service, sparkling clean rooms, and nice breakfasts (which includes healthy cereals and a huge fresh fruit bowl). The fitness center also has free weights and nice cardio equipment. Great location with easy accessibility to most any place in the Cville area. This is my "go to" place to stay. Great value!

I booked this hotel through a third party website (Priceline). Needed to change my dates from a 2 night stay to a 1 night stay. I was happy to pay for 2 and stay for 1 night if I could change the date. The hotel had the final day about changing the date on the reservation AND DID NOT AGREE to assist with the date change. No reason was provided. Do not stay here - this type of custom service and putting customer first does not exist. Very disappointing.
