Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Baltimore BWI Airport

So to give credit to staff, they were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. Our room was clean too but coffee pot was broken, they brought another, then bedside light didn't work and we had to take light bulb out of table lamp. Conditioner dispenser was empty. They only give 2 towels, not really a big deal. We booked this hotel because they offer free parking and a shuttle to BWI. We were informed when we arrived that parking was now a charge. The icing on the cake was the shuttle driver stood with hands in pockets, and watched while 3 ladies struggled to get luggage in side door. He did not open the back or offer to help. So we sat with luggage under our legs. Nor did offer to help us get luggage out.

I have been coming to this hotel every 6 weeks or so for 3 years. There has been a significant decline in the service ans overall quality. This time the light in the bathroom did not function and there were ants crawling on the nightstand and in the bed. For breakfast, hot dogs were served rather than the usual bacon or sausage. Cleanliness has gone down. I also arrived about 1.5 hours early and there were rooms available. I was told I needed to pay $40 for ab early check-in which has never been charged to me before.

When you pay attention, it really isn't a clean hotel. I attempted to use 3 different hand sanitizer location ( main lobby, breakfast area and before entering elevator- main level). Dead bugs and cobwebs in the windows (dining area). Empty facial tissue box in our room. Side light table doesn't work. Under the bathroom sink- yuck 🤮. Elevator doors are stainless steel and staff needs trained how to clean. Decided to have a breakfast sausage- Spicy was served without a label. My husband said. No hot water. It was perfect location for visiting loved ones. Will look at other places to stay next time. Just realized. My husband took the photos. Unable to share.

Positive: Great location. Breakfast was good and hot everyday. Negative: Asked more than once to have my room cleaned and on the third day it was finally cleaned. However they ran out of towels twice during my stay.

This hotel was a life saver for me and my partner. We were at BWI airport past midnight waiting for our flight just to find out our flight has been cancelled. The next available flight back home was the next day. We looked around for affordable stay options and we found the Country Inn & Suites hotel. The staff was very accommodating for an early check in. We are very thankful for their hospitality. Great job!
