Comfort Suites West Jacksonville

I went to the wrong hotel. I was confused, but they were very nice and helped me change to this one. The other one wasn’t very nice or helpful so I’m glad I ended up where I did. After a long hard trip there, it was nice to have a good clean suite to relax in. Breakfast was really good with lots of hot food. Staff was wonderful.

I have stayed here several times. The front desk clerks are always friendly and helpful. Although reluctant this time, we stayed anyway. The water has little to no pressure. The bed makes a horrible noise Everytime I move or get in or out of it. They lock the doors at 10PM-6AM. You have to go the long way to get into the building after hours which is not safe for the guests. This time the elevators went out and we had to take the stairs in and out and go out of the building to get to the entrance or the lobby area for breakfast or coffee. They do have another door that would allow access without having to go to the front entrance although you still have to go outside to get there But it never work. This stay was horrible. This place is horrible. I will never stay here again. There are no b

We were greeted warmly and efficiently! Also recommended great restaurants. Rooms were clean and lovely. Beds soo comfortable. And room temp perfect.

All the front desk agents are awesome. They’re friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay!

Comfort inn met all expectations that enable me to accomplish my visitation with Roadmaster Trucking School. The security and exceptional breakfast help me to be focus and rested while attending school. I will stay at Comfort Inn in the future. Great experience.
