Comfort Suites Kansas City-Liberty

I tend to not write many reviews for hotels, but I had to let it be known that this comfort inn & suites is by far the most accommodating, customer service orientated, & best for the price hotel in the KC area. When I got into town I called many, many hotels to find out what their deposit policies are and if they had an early check in fee. Most scuffed at me like I was asking a dumb question. (I'm willing to put a card on file just in case of incidentals, but I will not let hotels charge me $100 so that I may get back in 2 weeks) When I called here, a gentleman by the name of Nani, informed me in a very respectable way that I only need my card on file and that he would wave the early check inn fee. Me and my friend were traveling home out of state from minnesota, we stopped so we could rest due to us having my baby and a dog. We called ahead of time to book a room and told the man on the phone that we had a small dog with us (she’s a small corgi mix) the man told us that was fine and told us how much it was gonna be and we paid over the phone. We arrive at the hotel, we check in no problem, my friend takes her dog down once and walks pass the desk and a lady was at the desk and she asked (my friend asked) where she could take her dog and the lady told my friend anywhere, so she comes back up and we’re sitting in the room for a while and then we get ready to go to bed and i go down with my friend to take her dog out and a Indian man can’t remember his name, asked us our room number an

My wife and I stayed four nights, Oct 9-13, 2025. The notice in the bathroom advises that if housekeeping is desired, please notify front desk. Housekeeping was not done in our room. Each morning I asked the front desk and was assured it would be done. On Friday, Oct. 10 I asked the front desk to have housekeeping tidy our room, fresh towels, etc. Nothing was done. On Saturday, Oct. 11, I asked in the morning, again in the afternoon, and again in the evening. Nothing. Sunday morning, Oct. 12, I notified the front desk agent twice that nothing had been done. Still nothing. Each day I went to the front desk, told them no housekeeping, and asked for towels. Trash was piling up. We tended to it. On Sunday, Oct 12, I asked for fresh sheets, which were given to me, and we changed the sheet

We stayed here for a wedding in KC and because of circumstances we had to utilize the hotel as a staging area. We prob had over 30 ppl staying here. The hotel staff was super accommodating and let us use the dining area area at night for our family to just regroup and hang out. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was hot. Would highly recommend and come back.

Positive: The breakfast was great and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Negative: The only thing is that we booked a king suite and were given the king suite for handicapped. We didn’t ask them to change and enjoyed the room.
