Comfort Suites Fort Wayne - Southwest

We spent one night, and were given an upgrade to a 3rd floor balcony suite. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was quiet and seemed safe, plus was close to some shopping/restaurants. Staff was welcoming. We particularly appreciated the 24 hour coffee, tea and water in the lobby. Breakfast was a notch up from the typical fare.

This hotel was great, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the customer service. Christian at the front desk went above and beyond in a way you don’t see very often anymore. When he realized my three kids (ages 5, 1, and 10 months) and I were stuck in the snow, he didn’t hesitate for a second. He came outside and physically helped push us out so we could get safely on our way. That kind of kindness, awareness, and willingness to help says everything about the people who work here. The rooms were comfortable and the stay was pleasant, but Christian’s actions are the reason I’ll remember this place and gladly recommend it to others. Customer service like that deserves real recognition and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Stayed here the night of October 21, 2025 and used points to cover the full cost of the room. Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, and offered to upgrade us to a 3rd floor balcony room, which we accepted. The lobby had complimentary coffee, tea and water, which we appreciated. The room was spacious and clean and had a huge bathroom, in addition to a seating area. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy the balcony (a shared space with some other 3rd floor rooms that overlooks the parking lot and the shopping/restaurants nearby). since a rain and wind storm came in.|Breakfast included hot dishes (eggs, sausage or similar), cereal, fruit, etc. and the dining area was spacious.|The Comfort Suites is close to the highway, but we didn't hear any highway noise.

Had a great stay at Comfort Suites Fort Wayne Southwest. The place looks very decent and well maintained from the moment you walk in. Huge shoutout to Gaby and Leah at the front desk — super welcoming, warm, and genuinely pleasant. Their hospitality really stood out and set the tone for the stay. They accommodated our room preference without any hassle, and the pricing was very reasonable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was polite and respectful. They also recognized my Elite Gold membership, which I really appreciated — those small details matter. Overall, solid experience. Leah and Gaby deserve a raise for their excellent service. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again without thinking twice. 👌

The room was disgustingly dirty. There was pubic hair in the shower. Semen stains on the comforter. I could feel grit on the dirty floors. The refrigerator was not wiped out. The coffee pot and the ice bucket looked like somebody puked in it. I will definitely let everyone I know what a horrible place to stay. Thankfully there was a Kroger close that I could buy cleaning supplies. It was the nastiest place I have ever stayed. It’s been a while since I have stayed at a comfort inn- I won’t book one again.
