Staff was never at the front desk. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come out and get me a new key. Check in process for using a 3rd party app took almost 20 minutes guys seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. Room was nice beds comfortable. Showers worked well.

I booked through a third party app paying 312.00. 2 rooms- 1 king suite & 1 2 queen suite. I was not aware of the building being under construction prior to arrival. I paid full price yet all amenities were unusable. Staff stated you could not use the pool. Pool room door wide open lined with supplies yet shipping containers were all over the parking lot. Moldy coffee sitting on the sill of the pool room. Gym was open till 10 but there was a pile of light bulbs and construction materials in the walk way we had to step over to get to equipment. In both rooms holes are in the ceiling above the showers. Mold in the tub. Lumber materials were stored in the hallway instead of the additional rooms being built. The bed is comfortable. Other than that, I am so disappointed in my stay. I had surgery on 7/22/25 and we arrived 2 days prior. We had our 2 mini dachshunds with us and told the lady at the desk they would be leaving when my husband had to leave on Saturday morning. We also told them we didn't know what we would do with the dogs on the day of surgery. My husband couldn't leave the hospital until after I was out of surgery and he spoke to the surgeon. So since he was going to be gone from the hotel from 11 until 6pm, we boarded the dogs just down the road. Dachshunds are known for how much they like to bark at everything, so we figured it would be better for other guests, as well as me worrying about how they were doing back at the hotel, they and everyone were better off with them b

They didn’t explain just how much construction they would be under. It was everywhere. There wasn’t a floor that didn’t have construction including the lobby/breakfast area. We had extremely loud drilling right above us at 8am. The hvac system in the room was obnoxiously loud. It worked to cool/heat the room just anytime the fan turned on you basically got woken up. To say the least we just had to keep the fan going all night to get it stop. When we went down to breakfast at 8:15am there was nothing left to eat. How do you run out of waffle batter?! We got stuck with yogurt and a bowl of cereal for breakfast. If I pay to have complimentary breakfast, I expect more than just yogurt and cereal for that I’d just go to the store. This site is actively under construction. There is limited parking due to the roll off dumpsters. The rooms will be great when finished. There was plaster and debris in my room, only 1 coffee stocked, and 2 towels total in the room. Shower was a disaster( see photos) Breakfast was decent.
