Comfort Suites Baymeadows Near Butler Blvd

We have stayed here several times and they have earned our business with their great rooms, cleanliness and customer service. On this occasion we had an unavoidable problem with our next part of the trip. The hotel and staff did an excellent job in making sure my wife and I were taken csre of and helped put us at ease as we dealt with all the changes and delays in our schedule. A special thank you to Silas and Rena, outstanding job!!!

I would definitely recommend this hotel (8/9). Comfort Suites isn’t a 5-star luxury property, but for what it’s meant to be, it delivered exactly what I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked properly. While the hotel could use a little updating, it was well maintained and more than fine for a pleasant stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, which really made the experience better. The free breakfast was good—honestly much better than most fast-food breakfasts. Most importantly, the hotel was quiet, making it a great place to rest and get a solid night’s sleep. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a reliable, comfortable option.

The management treats customers as lower class people. The day shift employees are very unprofessional. Money and profit doesn’t even fit this place. I’ve got to give credit to second and third shift, they do a excellent job. The lady that runs the breakfast buffet does a great job. The ladies that clean rooms do a great job also. Who ever owns this hotel better give their employees a raise. When employees do great jobs, but owners and management doesn’t. THERE IS A PROBLEM!

Rena, went above and beyond to help us. And so did Chloe at check in. Our room was comfortable and clean. The parking lot was also clean and we felt safe.

I visit Jacksonville often. This is now the 3rd time that I stay at this hotel. Usually I don’t have any problems but after this visit, I will be looking at another hotel. I go to check in this evening and NOBODY is at the front desk. I had to wait till someone finally showed up to check me in. I go to shower after a long day of travel and there is mold in the shower, the water pressure is VERY low. After showering I go to use my towel and there are HOLES in the towel.! This must be a trend because there was also a big hole in the curtain of the window. This is so disappointing and honestly I deserve better for my money. I will be looking at another hotel for my frequent visits to Jacksonville.
