Comfort Suites At Kennesaw State University

This is my go to motel when in Kennesaw. The manager remembers me and the staff are so kind. I have a service dog and they take very good care to our needs. The building is secluded with minimal outside noise from traffic. Parking is adequate and secure due to one way in and same out. Breakfast is very good, coffee excellent. Building updates are complete. The atmosphere is more like a B&B.

Clean rooms, excellent bed, pillows and linens. Quiet hotel. Breakfast included do it yourself red velvet waffles! Good coffee, too. We will stay here again as travel permits.

As a fluffy, tired, middle aged, middle income woman with a limited travel budget, it took me 4 stops in the Atlanta area traveling up the I75 to find this gem. After being turned away by the Days Inn down the road at 2am because my old married name was still on my debit card, I was so relieved at the welcoming customer service I found at Comfort Suites! Dion got me checked in at 2:30am with warmth and this hotel does not hold hundreds of dollars hostage on your card for "incidentals" that you don't need or want. The room was spotless. The bed was comfy, and Denzel checked me out in the morning with the same kindness and courtesy as I received when I checked in. Definitely recommend you stop here if you're traveling to the Atlanta area!

Want to say first off , the gentleman that worked at front desk was so so nice !!! When we got in our room , we pulled the pull out sofa out to get it ready for the kids to sleep on . I was completely floored at how nasty this bed cover was . It was covered in crumbs or dirt not really sure . Also at the end of the bed it looked like pee . The peep hole had toilet paper shoved in it . The hair dryer was sticky . I had to wrap it with a wash cloth to be able to dry my hair . Water in the shower was not hot . And the WORST part……..we had late check out (12pm) . I had gotten in the shower , left the bathroom door open because my kid was in the chair watching his tablet. Housekeeping came in the room , then left I guess because they heard the shower …… they left the door to my room wide open

Well, a piece of metal on the door to our room was sticking out and as I was getting into the room on Thursday night after midnight my shirt snagged on it and I have a hole in it now. BTW...after investigating what got my shirt, the metal piece is loose and comes off. The tops of all the surfaces in the room were sticky. My computer, mouse, and other belongings stuck to them. When we returned from the Peach Bowl, we smelled Marijuana on our hallway. Saturday morning the ice machine did not work and the vacuum was still out on the stairs with the cord not wound up. Lastly, would've liked to have had some sausage or bacon at breakfast. Only eggs and cheese omelets were offered. Too be honest, I chose Comfort Suites because we had a good stay at the one in Yukon, OK. I will not be staying at
