Comfort Inn & Suites Syracuse-Carrier Circle

We had a great experience here after my discharge from the hospital. The young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful--maybe the most helpful person we've ever encountered at a hotel. We were given the accessible room we'd requested--it was comfortable and spotless. Location is very close to Carrier Circle--can be a little tricky accessing the hotel--but overall was a great stay.

Comfortable, Clean and affordable hotel. Friendly staff! We stayed here on a cold winter night as a storm rolled in. Check-in was very quick. No complaints on my room, it was clean, smelled fresh and the bed was comfortable. Took a nice hot shower and went straight to sleep. Breakfast options in the morning was Sausage, eggs, bagels, cereal, juices, coffee, waffle maker, home style potatoes and packaged muffins. Only 1 complaint about the breakfast is towards the eggs. The eggs didn't even look like eggs. Definitely some pre-packaged stuff, but I didn't trust to eat the eggs.

Stayed here for four days while our furnace was being replaced. Every staff member we encountered was delightful! The hotel was clean, room had fresh linens and was quiet, climate control worked nicely, too. Breakfast area was well-kept and stocked. There are a decent selection of places to eat nearby, but there's not really any walk ability to proper restaurants, so be prepared for a short car ride. Overall, one of the best inexpensive stays I've ever had!

Positive: The person at the night desk provided a warm friendly reception. The person managing the breakfast was very attentive. Negative: There were dried used washcloths hanging on the shower rack. The curtains, when shut, did not fully cover the windows and the parking lot lighting is extremely bright coming into the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is convenient, price was also affordable for the quality and comfort provided. A special shout-out to Sandy at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Her warm attitude, helpful suggestions, and genuine care made a big difference. I was also pleasantly surprised to have the chance to meet the owner, Mr. Irfan who took the time to personally speak with me about my experience. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and hospitality, and it really stood out. Overall, it was a great stay excellent location and great value!
