Comfort Inn & Suites Charlottesville Hollymead Town Center

This hotel is truly the best in town. The front desk staff is wonderful—especially Aadel, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and spotless, and I really appreciated having a little freezer in the room. Everything about this stay was relaxing and well thought out. This is without a doubt my first choice whenever I’m in town.

All the staff were amazing, especially Darby. There was a group of us staying at this hotel and they went above and beyond to help us out when we needed it. They all were so friendly. The breakfast was also great and our rooms were very clean. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Positives: Clean room, great shower pressure and heat, nice fitness area and great location. Negatives: Walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbors tv all night, could hear conversations and people walking past, if you’re a light sleeper I’d avoid this hotel. I hardly slept. Attendant was nice, breakfast was basic. Honestly if the walls weren’t so thin it’d be a decent place.

Positive: The staff especially the sales manager. She accommodated us with the accessibility room , without hesitation or hassles. . Negative: The web site does not depict rooms accurately. IE: accessible bathroom and shower. This hotel ONLY has ONE room total With a walk/ roll in shower. 👻Super friendly greeting at check in on Halloween 🎃 2025. Welcomed me and my service dog sweetly. Rooms are lovely, clean, well decorated, beds 🛏️ are comfortable, room design is amazing, bathrooms 🚽 perfect and spacious room. Breath of fresh air 🌬️ compared to other 🏨hotels in Charlottesville, VA. Makes you want to stay longer because it's so pleasant. From the moment you walk in the front door to seeing your room, after a wonderful welcome at the front desk! This is what a hotel 🏨 should be like all the time everywhere.
