Comfort Inn JFK Airport

If I could give them -5 stars I would do it! Horrible experience! My mother’s flight (an older woman) was delayed, so we decided to reserve a room for her 12 hours wait. She took the shuttle at the JFK airport. The driver was really rude with her, he didn’t help her with her luggage, and he drop her at the street in the middle of the snow with 3 suitcases and a bag! She is an older woman with artritis, completely in pain because the cold weather and nobody help her! The receptionist was the same, just send her by herself to the room with all the baggage. I’d never seen a service as bad that this hotel!

A very good transit hotel. Our experience at this hotel was very pleasant and definitely we are going to make use of this facility in future. It is very close to the airport with the pick up and drop shuttle facility. None of the issues mentioned in the bad reviews affected us though we were slightly apprehensive. We could not explore the vicinity as it was very cold outside and we were there for a very short period. So I recommend this place confidently for transit passengers.

Only takes cards no cash payment..No Bar, very little choice for food, we ordered in. Bathroom in Disability room was slippery when wet, noisey self entitled people in room next door at 4am..breakfast was adequate, no fried eggs or bacon, told not to go walking around area at night. Lady on night shift when we arrived did not seem interested, yet the lady on the desk in the morning was lovely. This hotel could be a lot better if it was run properly, it's just convenient to JFK with hotel Shuttle.

Had a flight that was diverted to JFK and ended up at this hotel. There was a shuttle which is great from federal circle that picked us up and dropped us off. Nice basic room with a good breakfast in the morning as well. No problems with the room just a lot of noise can be heard from the halls and rooms.

Central Heat and A/C did not work. Said they checked us out then billed us an extra 2 nights. In reference to the hotels reply. We brought it to there attention while there and claimed it was fine. Also stated they where sold out and couldn't move rooms. Online they still had rooms for rent.
