Comfort Inn Franklin Highway 96

Great stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The location is convenient — right off the highway, easy to find, and close to restaurants and stores. Breakfast was good and fresh, and parking was easy. It’s a nice, quiet place to relax after a long day on the road. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Franklin!

This is a review for the Comfort Inn in Franklin TN HWY 96. The chairs in the dining area were disgustingly dirty. I never called a hotel ICKY before but this one is. The food in the am was bad. VERY cold. The waffles were good. Eggs and sausage a 2 at best. (My husband would think I am being generous as he could not eat his) In the room we were afraid to touch anything. The sheets actually weren't too bad which is the only reason we stayed. The bed skirt had the most disgusting stains (bodily) I have ever seen in a hotel on them. I told my husband "do not touch the side of the bed when you get up". The furniture was beat up and I was afraid to lay anything down on the desk tops without a barrier. He literally sat in the vinyl chair and ate his KFC over the garbage can and I sat very stil

Up front, over the years, we have stayed almost exclusively at Comfort Inn's when we travel to visit family. A clean quality product is the norm and what we expect. We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Franklin, TN on December 26-27 2025. We will never stay at this Comfort Inn again. Period. Well, let me rephrase that. We will not stay at the Comfort Inn in Franklin, TN until you can provide us with verified proof this hotel has been completely gutted, remodeled and brought up to Comfort Inn standards we expect. We will simply stay at one of the three adjacent hotels. We have stayed at the Comfort Inn in Franklin, TN several times over the past few years while visiting family. My mattress was just worn out the tub didn’t have a sufficient handrail for showering the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work no alarm clock and no dial tone on phone (after checking all connections) to call desk for a wake up call. But. The staff were all very nice Oh yes, the shower head where it attached to wall was loose and solid rust and the toilet was entirely to low.

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to highway system and roads. Breakfast includes hot and cold items like scrambled eggs, bagels, and sausage. Staff is friendly and willing to help. The hotel is indeed a bit dated, however, it is still a great value for its price given the location, accommodations, hot breakfast, and nice beds.
