Cleone Gardens Inn

The check in process was fast and very friendly. Our room was very comfortable, very clean, a bit small but who spends time in the room when on the coast, the bathroom was a comfortable size. We stayed in room #12 (Glass Beach), our room had a private deck which was nice. The grounds are very well kept, very relaxing, many places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. There is a hot tub, we used it twice, both times we were the only ones in it. We would definitely stay there again.

The place is clean and nice for the most part. Much to our surprise the rooms don't have A/C. In addition the hot tub was a bit gross and only half full. This could be an awesome place with a few changes.

Our favorite little place to stay only 10-12 rooms. Pet friendly and very comfortable. There is a great beach area just a few minutes away which is less crowded than most. There is a small hot tub area. |The outside area could use a little love, several of the benches outside are unusable due to missing slats. When we visited Ft. Bragg was unusually warm and only one of our small windows would open so we had our door open a lot to try and get some air. Ceiling fans might be a consideration. But again it was unusually warm. We have stayed here before and will return.

We have passed this place for years and decided we would try it out this time. We are very happy with our choice and can't see staying anywhere else in future trips. Each room is different and tastefully decorated to feel more like a room at my grandmas house which is perfect for me :) small fridge and microwave were convenient while the full size coffee pot served its purpose well. One of the few places that actually supplies enough creamer for this girl. The grounds are beautiful. I really enjoy the walk to the water from here. The Inn has a nice path leading from it where you exit the back of the property. Short walk through a nice neighborhood with lots of deer to greet you to the beach. Turn north to the dunes, or turn south and walk as far as you like. Very nice. Great location

We frequent Fort Bragg for weekend getaways, and have probably stayed at every hotel/motel that had worthy ratings by TripAdvisor. Some how, we've always missed this one. Too bad for us! Everything was great. The room was comfy and very clean, we had a nice deck with a Meadow View. We played peek-a-boo with a little Gray Fox. One thing I really appreciated that always bodes well, the bed sheets were extremely soft and high quality. We used the Hot Tub both nights and it was very hot, a rarity at most Inns. We will definitely be back. This little Inn is a great little peaceful stay.
