Clarion Pointe Franklin - Nashville Area

Positive: The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the bed was COMFY!!! Negative: The body wash, shampoo and conditioner holder in the shower needs to be taken out if the hotel is not going to replace the bottles.

It was fine. The room was a little dirty, old food under the pull out couch, crumbs around. Bathroom tub had mildew around the edges. The lady who worked nights and checked us in was very sweet and kind. The free breakfast bar was also kind of messy/dirty with few options. I wouldn't go back, I am afraid.

The Franklin Clarion is a relatively new hotel. It's a deal for the rate. The beds are comfortable and my room was spacious. It has a free breakfast ( starts at 6 AM..though Spartan it was adequate..No coffee in the lobby which could be an improvement. It was quiet which is important.A fitness room is on the 1st floor.Overall a good solid rest stop for a weary traveler..

This is either a new hotel or recently remodeled. The lobby and rooms were more modern that a lot of the places in this price range. We had a nice breakfast as part of the stay and for a place this new and clean $70 a night is a great deal.

We were given a hotel that had someone in there already. Good thing they had the latch on otherwise if I had walked in on them I would had freaked out so bad. Breakfast choices were bad and had nothing much at all. The toilet clogged on us and when I went down to ask for help the lady said to me why it had to happen now because they don't have anyone there that can help. She would have to call the manager. I don't think I would stay there again. Weird vibes with the workers and no help when needed.
