Charlotte House

These homes are beautiful. They are older homes that have been remodeled, reconstructed, and renovated. Basically rebuilt on the inside. I didn't get to see much of the outside of the homes, because I arrived at the home after nightfall. The person who is responsible, I guess for a lot of the work did a fantastic job on the home that I saw and I'm sure the others looked the same way this Man or this Crew knows exactly what they're doing and they did a "Fantastic Job" on this house that I was fortunate enough to visit. And from what I saw, the work was Great and I'm not sure exactly how long the renovating took, nor did I have any idea of how much the cost was but whoever did the work, should be publicly noticed with a public referral. The management people for these houses are absolutely wonderful they are very in tune with the things that need to be done and need to be addressed Ashley is the property manager and she is always wonderful and courteous to ensure that your stay at the Charlotte house is a greeting to Kansas City

I lived here for a few months about 5 years ago when I was in the process of moving back home. Had no issues, felt safe. I’d do it again 5 years later.

Reasonably Priced midtown Room... clean and tucked into a quiet and safe little neighborhood

Unless you like living with bedbugs, tweakers, and mold, I don’t advise living here.
