Catalina Courtyard Suites

We had a wonderful stay at Catalina Courtyard Suites and were very impressed with both the amenities and the management. The internet worked well throughout our stay, and when we had a quick question about connectivity, the staff addressed it promptly and professionally. Hot water was consistently available, and we appreciated the transparency about a brief, city-scheduled water interruption that occurred before check in something completely outside the hotel’s control and clearly communicated in advance. Coffee and refreshments were always available, no matter the time of day, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping was offered upon request, exactly as explained at check-in, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. When we spoke with Jacob in the evening, he was attentive,

This was a wonderful find- cozy and inviting hotel with adorable courtyard, amazing and accommodating staff, and very comfortable beds and nicely furnished room. The large jet tub was a nice bonus- although the water could’ve been a little hotter and the jets a little stronger. The couch turns into a futon to accommodate an additional sleeper (like a child or young teen, but no bigger). There is a room stocked with coffee, tea, juice, and snacks (yogurt, muffins, oatmeal, cookies, pastries) available all day, which was a gracious amenity. And the staff was extremely nice and welcoming, answering all questions and even providing a room to store luggage before/after checkout to accommodate ferry schedules. 5 Stars for the Catalina Courtyard Suites Avalon! We had a courtyard room and loved the vibe and beautiful decor of the courtyard, which includes a fire pit. Very nice to sit and have morning coffee or to sit outside in the evening. Our room was very clean, had a king-sized bed, and a beautiful jetted tub. The location is great and walkable to everything. Jacob went above and beyond after a very stressful time realizing I had left my purse on the Ferry. He was just getting ready to leave but quickly made some phone calls and personally went and retrieved my purse. He was so kind and really saved the day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in Avalon – Perfect Penthouse Getaway! We stayed in the Penthouse Suite at Catalina Courtyard Suites for a girls’ weekend in November, and it was absolutely unforgettable. When we arrived late in the evening, there was a phone available to call for assistance. Ignacio answered immediately and greeted us in person within moments—such warm, prompt service that made us feel taken care of from the very start. The suite itself is a total gem with what has to be the best view on the entire island. Despite being just steps away from the main drag, the space felt peaceful, private, and serene. Beautiful and “Old World” charming! The young lady at the front desk was informative, kind and accommodating. Our room was spotless and comfortable. We loved the big jacuzzi tub. We will definitely stay here next time we visit this lovely island!
